What we collect

• Account data: email, username and a salted password hash.
• Content you create: posts, comments, photos and videos, direct messages and support chats.
• Contact-form submissions.
• Technical data needed to run the service, such as IP address for rate limiting and security.

How we use it

To provide Rajora Connect, keep it secure, moderate abuse, answer support requests and improve the product.

Service providers

• MongoDB Atlas (database), Render (API hosting), Vercel (website hosting).
• Cloudinary stores uploaded photos and videos.
• Resend delivers verification and password-reset emails.
• LiveKit relays audio and video for group calls.
• Anthropic processes text you submit to AI features and, for moderation, the text of posts. Questions typed into the website assistant are also sent to Anthropic and are not stored by us.

Your choices

You can delete your own posts at any time. To access or delete your account data, email hello@rajora.live.

Security

Passwords are hashed, sessions use secure HTTP-only cookies, and access to data is restricted by role. No system is perfectly secure.
