What can I upload?
Up to 4 photos (JPG, PNG, WebP or GIF, 10 MB each) or one video (MP4, WebM or MOV, up to 100 MB) per post.
Who can read my messages?
Direct messages are shown only to you and the recipient in the app. The admin console has no access to message contents.
What AI do you use?
AI features are powered by Anthropic’s Claude, called from our servers. When you use an AI button, the text you wrote is sent to generate the suggestion. Posts may also be screened by AI to flag harmful content for human review.
How do I get support?
Open “AI & Support” inside the app. The assistant replies instantly, and one click hands the chat to a person on our team.
Do I need to verify my email?
Yes. We email you a link when you sign up. Until you verify, you can browse but not post, message or call. Forgot your password? Use “Forgot password?” on the sign-in form.
How many people fit in a group call?
Group calls run on a dedicated media server, so rooms scale far beyond a 1:1 call. The practical limit depends on the server plan we run it on.
Do calls work everywhere?
Calls use your browser’s camera and microphone over HTTPS. On some strict corporate or mobile networks, calls can need a relay server to connect.
